What the role involves
- Visiting clients in their homes and schools
- Carrying out assessments, providing AT solutions for communication, learning and independence
- Setting up devices, apps and access solutions
- Writing clear, high-quality reports
- Delivering training and follow-up interventions
- Working closely with clients, families and their multidisciplinary teams
- Managing your own diary, caseload and travel
- Maintaining strong safeguarding practice and accurate records

What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Degree in education, IT or health-related field
- Comfortable with tech and troubleshooting
- Experience with children and adults with communication, learning, physical or sensory differences
- Excellent writing and communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS eligibility
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Confident safeguarding knowledge
- A genuine passion for empowering disabled people
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with brain injury or cerebral palsy
- IT setup or troubleshooting background
- Experience in MDT teams
- Familiarity with medico-legal work
