Welcome to our groundbreaking Digital Wellbeing Support Service! Our dynamic programme is specially designed to empower teenagers and young adults with brain injuries, helping them to make informed decisions about their digital device use and the internet.

Recognising the vital role digital devices play in our everyday lives, our Digital Wellbeing Assessment and supportive curriculum dives deep into the fascinating interplay of contact, conduct, and content online. Created by specialist teachers, this capacity-building programme is anything but ordinary.

We view the internet as a vibrant context for human behaviour, where creativity, interaction, and self-expression flourish. There's little that humans do online that they don't do offline, and our mission is to equip all young people with the skills to confidently and safely explore this digital landscape. Through engaging lessons and practical activities, clients will learn to manage online interactions, decode digital content, and minimise risks, all while having fun and staying connected.

We understand the importance of a strong support network in fostering Digital Wellbeing. That’s why our programme also includes comprehensive training for the support networks of our clients. Parents, carers, and professionals receive the tools and knowledge they need to reinforce the curriculum's principles and strategies- beyond our support, ensuring a consistent and positive approach towards our client’s intentions, behaviours and digital habits.

We cover everything from the basics—like our client’s first mobile phone, passwords, and social media—to addressing more complex topics like pornography, sexting, grooming and consent. Our programme is designed to be engaging and straightforward for our clients whilst also ensuring professionals feel confident that together, we're balancing our collective safeguarding responsibilities with respecting our clients' rights and freedoms.

The first step towards improving your client’s digital wellbeing is to book an assessment with us, this allows us to identify priority areas and to and make an individualised plan and offer of capacity building support.
